Therefore, people taught to gain healthy body by eat supplement they ate. The researcher objective of this study are produce Sweetie Beets Jam contain honey, lemon and beetroot in one jam to introduce new flavour of jam from Beetroot and the acceptance of Sweetie Beets Jam among Merlimau community. The respondents were selected from Merlimau community.
