Description:

Without this application, tourists have to queue to buy entrance ticket and buy manually the ticket. Then, the process of buying ticket will become decelerate. The existence of this application ease the process of buying tickets for the tourist to visit museum. In this research, the researcher had been choose the quantitative method as research design which is questionnaire as instrument to collect data from respondents. This questionnaires had been distributed to 20 respondents which isÂ 10 local tourist and 10 international tourists who come to visit Melaka. The data was analysed by using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS).
