Based on study was conducted at Siti Akila Enterprise, their sales decreasing to 40% because they lack on manage their inventory. It is difficult to determine how much stock must added for ready stock. We were aiming to identify the independence of supply chain entities, determine the factors of supply chain entities that related to the problem and to formulate business strategies that would improve supply chain management efficiency. Series of interviews conducted by the owner.
