 Based on nowadays, scenario on supply chain management, study was conducted as Siti Akila Enterprise. The aims of the study were to identify the independence supply chain entity. Then we determine the factors of supply chain entities that related to the problem of Siti Akila Enterprise. The process of data collection method is divided by two method which is secondary data and primary data. Interview session was conducted with the owner of Siti Akila Enterprise. According to the interview session, the data obtained will be analysed by using SWOT Analysis.
