hospitality sector are the largest and diverse industry
that includes various products and markets, such as
transportation, lodging, food and beverage, recreation
and a lot of attraction.
This e-book also includes activities to test student’s
understanding at the end of the reading. Therefore, I
hope that this e-book will be beneficial for students and
all readers. Hopefully, this e-book will contribute toward a
better understanding of the Tourism and Hospitality
Industry as a whole.
