The research about portable safety cone is to solve some problems from the ordinary safety cone such like the problem of the size of the cond is too big to be puy in some vehicle, difficult to take it off and put it down and also the shape or design of it was not flexible. The best thing that can be done to solve these problems is to design a new cone with safety and portable features. The ordinary safety cone design is not complete with the portable criteria. To make a safety cone design complete with the portable criteria. To make a safety cone design complete with the portable criteria, there are some steps has to be done. The spcification conclude aspects of material, size , design, colour and cost. The idea that selected is to make the safety cone with two part that can be assemble and separate easily. The workability testing such as visibility, stability and “ friendly users” has been test on his product and 72 respondent of questionnaire has been done.
