Abstract:

Stepping stone is a kind of stepping stone designed yourself (DIY). This study resulted in a mixture of cement, sand, water and shells that had been destroyed. Discussion of the idea of each member of the group, the idea of making this stepping stone sparked problem in terms of finance, time and wasted material which is clamshell. This study was conducted to produce (DIY) and stepping stone 'Easy Stepping Stone Mixture'. Studies conducted have examined the difference between the market and stepping stone stepping stone (DIY) in terms of time, cost and weight. Mixture ratio is 2: 3: 1.72. Of the studies that have been carried out, stepping stone on the market price of more expensive and heavier. Based on the survey conducted 45% of respondents agreed that the product did not take a long time, 30% of respondents agreed that the product will not occur wastage of cement, sand and water, 25% of respondents agreed on this product uses less water and according to the quantity specified , 52% of respondents agreed that the product can be produced according to customer creativity itself, 35% of respondents agreed with this product it can save costs, 37% of respondents agreed that the product is unsatisfactory. The conclusion of the study was conducted, the stepping stone products (DIY) saves time, cost and also more user-friendly.

Finding:
40 set of questionnaires was conducted around Politeknik Merlimau, Melaka. After the analysing the entire filled questionnaire, it is found that the feedback has been satisfied and suitable for the analysis.

Suggestion for future work
i.  Improvement can be implemented to produce better easy making DIY stepping stones.
ii.  Improvement of product easy making DIY stepping stones is changes the packaging. In our product we just use plastic to keep the product, therefore we can exchange to plastic container that hermetic.
