This research is based on objective relevance, problem statement and research background. This research has been carried out among the students of the Melaka Polytechnic of Melaka. The objective of this research is to study the acceptability of durian skin residues among students at the Polytechnic Merlimau Melaka and to introduce new products from durian skin waste. The purpose of introducing this product is because there are many dumps of durian skin in the business area and around the durian orchard. In addition, durian skin residues can be widely commercialized.
