This study identifies components of satisfaction of public transport bus servuce of interstate and domestic services. The quality of public transport can be measured directly through user surveys by rating different aspects of the service, such as the services, comfort, safety, the different fare charges and the services of the bus stop and bus station. In addition to these ratings, the surveys may ask users to rate the overall quality of service. A total of 200 and 100 survey questionnaire forms are collected. Thee data were analysis by us8ng SSPS 2.0 software. Overall the respondent are satisfy with the aspects that we asked in the questionnaire. An improved understanding of bus operation is important for a well manage bus services. it is neccessary to increase yser satisfaction through improving the public transport system in Melaka, in order to maintain existing users andÂ attract new passengers.
