The traffic light is the system used to launch traffic from one direction to another, especially for connecting several intersections at one meeting point. Violation of red traffic light are always being subject to legal road action. Objectives of this study are to define traffic flow data and violation of red traffic light for two intersections, to make an analysis comparison with two intersections according to the data on violation of traffic light and recommended an effective of the traffic light phase in terms of highway transportation (saturated flow, time between green, Green Time, Effective Green Time and Lost Time) based on the standards set by Jabatan Kerja Raya Malaysia.
