Rebar Cover is a product that was covered the outstretched rebar which is one of the cause accident at the slab construction. It made from the two pieces of acrylate plastics with hinges and one thick rubber arch to protect this product. The function is to cover the outstretched rebar which is can cause accident at the site construction. It is reusable, quick and easy to install and remove and also easy to store by overlap with each other. Rebar Cover are secure and stable on all standard reinforcing steel diameters and can be used in vertical applications. It was a safety equipment for the workers who is work in slab construction. The objectives of this study to design a rebar cover for improve the safety level at the site construction and to determine the effectiveness and workability of the product by the simple questionnaire at the site. Based on the design Rebar Cover, its easy to carry and handle because the design are simple and more safety. Also, make it this product achieve the objectives of this study. From the data of respondents, the number of men who responded mostly. This is because in the construction site there are so few women to carry out projects on the site. Thus, a questionnaire was conducted with a total of 26 men and 4 women of respondents to reach the target of respondents to evaluate this product.
