studies the potential of using rubber powder as a partial replacement for sand in the production of paving brick. A series of tests were carried out to determine the characteristics rubber pavement bricks in terms strength and water resistance. The compression strength test and water absorption test were measured for laboratory prepared samples. It is believed that cements acting as a binder mixed with rubber powder make paving brick more flexible and thus, provides softness to the surface
