Most aromatic candles only serve as a pleasant environment and to help food premise owner pest control costing. Scented candle are usually only used in restaurant or in hotels. Therefore, the objective was to study the degree of acceptance for aromatic candle among owner food premise around Merlimau (“Medan Selera” and Cafetaria of Politeknik Merlimau Melaka). The likert scale was used as a quantitative instrument. A total of 30 people were randomly selected to be respondent in this study. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data collected using SPSS software version 25.
