The problem scented candle in the market is scented candle in the market is scented product such as our fresheners and dryer sheets, all off them contain fragrances and other chemicals, all from petrochemicals which mean they are chemical products derived from petroleum. The objective of this study are to introduce new smell of candles from citronella and lemongrass and soy as a wax based and to study the level of acceptance of citronella and lemongrass among the Politeknik Merlimau students. The respondent were selected from Tourism and Hospitality Department among Diploma in Hotel Management semester 2 and 3 students.
