Description:

MSM is made using stainless steel. Most of mold is made plastic, the usage of plastics in manufacture of food will causes food to be contaminated with chemicals. The objective is to study a level acceptence of MSM among students Diploma in Halal Food Service ( Halal Practice) at Politeknik Merlimau, Melaka for semester 4 and semester 5. The likert scale will be used as a quantitative instrument. Researcher choose 30 students to answer the questionnaires. In addition, the researchers provide five interview questions in a qualitative instrument and selected small entrepreneurs who made Malay kueh in Felda Pemanis villageÂ to test MSM and get feedback
