The objective of the research is to introduce among student in department of Tourism and Hospitality and community in Merlimau. Next, to replace white sugar with natural sweetener flavour for a person who want reduce the sugar intake. Then, to know the nutritional value of the new product. As the product give beneficiary to all types of users especially for diabetics people and for people searching for healthy product. The researcher using Statistic Pakage for social Sciens (SPSS). The data result is from 40 respondents from Lembaga Perindustrian Nanas Malaysia,
