Road congestion is the increase traffic volume at the peak hour on a road with a limited capacity which causes the vehicles to move slowly.   This research was conducted to identify the traffic congestion period occur at .Jalan Laksamana and to identify the traffic flow in particular time by conducting traffic count. Study shows that peak hour at Jalan Laksamana occur in the morning is at 7am to Sam and happen  at 5pm  to 6pm  in evening.  The average  vehicles  passing the Jalan Laksamana on public holiday is 2751 PCU/hr. Road congestion is caused by tourist cross the road and the car park is on the shoulder edge of the street.
