People nowadays love to try something new. Therefore, the researcher created the product that is called Banana Peels Yogurt Drink. The benefits of banana peels yogurt drink is banana peels just like many other fruit peels contain a lot of healthful nutrients. Banana peels are full of fibre and nutrient and not much else and important food in helping to keep extra pounds for gathering at your waistline while still allowing you to reap banana peels nutrient. Banana peels also have been successfully used to treat tomato fungus in an agricultural setting. Banana peel is rich in dietary, fibre, proteins, essential amino acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids and potassium, good source of carotenoids, relief from pain, swelling, itching, bruising, wrinkles and sunburn. In this research, students in Polytechnic Merlimau Melaka has been chosen to the participate in study. Researcher has decided to choose 30 students to the taste product.
